Supported Employment

Empowering people living with disability to be the best they can be through supported employment

Guided by the government, Mobo has offered NDIS supported employment services in Adelaide and across wider South Australia for over 60 years! Over that time, we've built a nurturing community, a family of people who have been empowered to be the best they can be.

A career at Mobo in supported employment could see you enter a range of amazing industries across metropolitan and regional South Australia. As an NDIS participant, you could find yourself in retail, gardening and landscape services, food and packaging production, recycling and sustainability - and so much more!

Not only is employment itself highly valuable to the lives of our NDIS participants, but we live by an emphasis on "fun at work with purpose" and building life-long relationships in the workplace. Mobo doesn't feel like work. We believe that being in a role you love, with the support of the community around you, will help you to achieve, an independent, successful, and meaningful life.

If you are interested in joining the Mobo family, contact us and will work with you and help you to become the best that you can be!

What is supported employment?

Supported employment as the name suggests, involves proving the necessary support and services to people living with disability, to be able to successfully contribute in rewarding, and meaningful employment. With the help of Mobo's supported employment services, you will receive all the necessary training, including an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) to outline the strategies and tools required to assist you in achieving your vocational goals.
